Risk management and The art of dealing with The fact that life is B …

It is Monday morning and I just returned from a friendly Park where the children I would play the rest of the day with friends. I'm taking another chance in life and take a walk under the city of Copenhagen and no risk, no at all, for me and others.

One person drove past I speed up maybe a few inches from my body gently. I'm not really a few inches from death or destruction of the main motor. I did not really take notice of the event because of a car passing You close all the time. I also came across a news-stand poster showing the famous fitness and health teacher in mid 40ies. He was dying of cancer. So go.

There is not always rational thinking behind your choice and I made. We are working to be safe and find it silly not to do so. But most of the accidents on the car does not come from the choices you make but of doing wrong from others. So why bother? I believe that we all want to have, or believe we have a choice, or at least some control of our life's potential. Pretend we make decisions all day makes us safe for another day.

Space travel is risky and part of the attraction of the public can lie in the fact that the high risk of ghost in the machine, just like the Formel-1 racing. People love to watch is mainly due to the high risk and impact of any kind occurs "impressive" or even fatal. Most people don't want to be a driver because of the risk but can also take a similar risk throughout the day without really knowing it. Stupid is happiness!

Copenhagen Suborbitals to recognize the risks associated with space travel as we do in life. The main question we ask ourselves: what do you want to do in life? And are you afraid of growing old and senile (if You even can get old) or face a small chance to die smiling 150 miles above the Earth's surface?

Keep the focus on Education Week | GUEST opinions

November 13-19 is a focus on Education Week in Washington State-and 90-anniversary of American Education Week. School districts in Washington, including the Marysville school district, encourage legislators and community members to learn more about their public schools and understand the often difficult, but it is always important, work we do. We encourage everyone to see what is really happening in our public schools and to watch the high quality and innovative work that happens every day in our classes, and learn more about how we can all play a role in ensuring the future growth and success in schools everywhere.

Educators, students, parents, policymakers, and communities work together to prepare students for the future. Although significant State budget cuts, Washington's fourth and eighth grade students continue to perform above the national average in reading and mathematics. Washington State students consistently score higher than the national average on the Act. And in Washington students have SAT, the average score is the highest in the country among the countries in which more than half the students took the exam.

Education today is more important than ever. Eight percent of future family wage jobs will require some college. Almost all students have to pass on time and ready for College and career opportunities. Public schools are required to do what has never been done before-ensure the success of each student. Doing so requires the joint efforts of educators, students, parents, policymakers, and community. Schools that are the result of the effective teacher is committed, strong leadership, school curriculum is an exciting, safe and supportive climate and parents involved. District we take this responsibility seriously and diligently work with parents, educators and community members to make our schools better.
